- AFRICA -
This coffee comes from the Beriti washing station located in the Woreda (district) of Tore. Beriti is one of the many unique, high-altitude micro regions that contributes to the bright, clean, and floral characteristics that distinguish Yirgacheffe coffees. Notes of winey fruit, sweet, creamy and caramel.
This coffee comes from the Kiunyu Coffee Factory located deep within the tea-zone of Kirinyaga County. In drinking this coffee, you'll experience a rich sugary sweetness, creamy mouthfeel, tart and complex acidity with floral, tamarind, rich caramel, green grape, sweet cherry and other tropical fruit flavors.
- CENTRAL AMERICA -
Costa Rica Leon Cortez
This coffee comes from the La Trinidad Community in the León Cortés region of Costa Rica. This fully washed coffee brings toffee and almond flavors with mild floral and chocolate; sweet with tart citric acidity.
Until recently, the country of Mexico had never been a player in the High-End Specialty Coffee world. The perception of many in the industry was that Mexican coffee is mediocre to say the least, but now those ideas are shifting as more and more exceptional Mexican coffee makes it to market. This washed coffee from the Chiapas region of Mexico provides notes of lemon, peanut, and toffee.
- SOUTH AMERICA -
This coffee is from a group of small farmers located in the municipality of Ataco, in the southern part of the State of Tolima, in the central cordillera of Colombia. This washed coffee brings notes of lemon, cocoa and peanut.
